Clause 1

Intellectual Property

• You are a Prohibited User under Clause 3;

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the termination date. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability and governing law provisions — shall continue in full force after termination.
